PRE-VISIT Before the visit, members of the "Linea Temporis" team, including the authors and the technical director, will conduct a preliminary site inspection lasting at least two full days. The purpose of this visit is to evaluate the venue, engage with the hosting organization, and discuss both the creative vision and logistical requirements of the project. Should the organization have a preferred hardware or production supplier, the team is keen to coordinate with them, particularly for sound equipment and other local resources. Additionally, the team requests technical drawings of the venue before their visit, or at the latest, upon their arrival.

INSTALLATION The setup for the installation demands a minimum of four nights leading up to the festival's opening. This includes two days allocated for technical preparations and another two for creative fine-tuning specific to the venue. The necessity for an additional day might arise, contingent on the event's geographical location and any necessary adjustments for time zone differences. The initial day involves setting up computers, positioning hardware, lasers, lights, and audio equipment, and verifying all connections. After this, the second day focuses on laser mapping and preliminary tests, while the third and fourth days are dedicated to comprehensive testing and creative adaptations tailored to the venue's architecture for the show.

OPERATION Throughout the festival, the core "Linea Temporis" team will be on-site to manage the installation. The team will also be available for interviews, presentations, and workshops during the festival, as well as for press events. If such participation is desired, please provide details on the timing and locations for these activities, ideally through a scheduled itinerary.

DISMANTLING The team prefers to begin dismantling the installation the morning following the festival's conclusion. However, if necessary, the breakdown can also start immediately after the festival ends. The dismantling process is expected to take up to one full day (24 hours), although this may vary based on the specific demands of the venue and the complexity of the setup.
